While I hope that you’re always delighted with your order, I understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I aim to make the returns process as straightforward as possible.

Simple steps for returning an item

To initiate a return, please contact us using the contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. I will guide you through the process and provide any necessary information.

Conditions for returns and refunds

All goods returned to us must be in perfect condition with the product packaging undamaged, using the original boxes & packaging. Please do not tape multiple boxes together. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. I recommend that you use insured registered or tracked delivery and keep the receipt to cover yourselves under the circumstance of lost post.

Failure of the items being returned to us in their original state, function, and purpose will result in us being unable to refund you. Once items are received back to us as per above, we can then refund you minus the original postage cost and any courier charges if requested, or process an exchange. For all damaged or faulty goods, a full refund will be processed. Refunds may take up to 10 days to be processed after the returned item is received.
